Our New
Member Coffee is held the first Wednesday of every month at 9:30am.
We meet at the
Sahara West Library, 9600 W. Sahara (corner of W. Sahara
and Grand Canyon).
At the coffee you will learn about the Westside Newcomers Club, and will
meet the Executive Board and the Chairs of our
special interest
groups. The Chairwomen and Co-Chairwomen of our special interest groups
are the driving force of WNC, providing numerous outlets for all your
interests and talents. Join us. You have nothing to lose, and lots of
fun and friendship to gain. For more information,

Membership
is open to anyone new to the area (10 years or less). If you'd like to
join WNC prior to attending the New Member Coffee, print and complete
our
application form and mail to
our 1st VP of Membership.
Monthly Luncheon and General Meeting
On the
second Wednesday of each month, we have a luncheon and a
general meeting with a program or speaker. Las Vegas Mayor
Oscar Goodman addresses WNC every year as do members of the
media, the entertainment industry, authors, medical experts,
and professionals from every aspect of life. Attendance at
the monthly luncheons varies from 150 to 300 members. Our
event at the World Market Center drew 500 women. The
luncheons are held at different hotels, restaurants, and
country clubs throughout the city.
